Senior Technician Process Engineering (w/m/d)

Job Description

Deine Rolle

• Durchführung eines geeigneten Prozessmonitoring, der Fehlersuche bei Prozessabweichung und entsprechender Prozesskorrektur

• Durchführung von Messungen/ Versuchen für Equipment- und Prozessfreigaben und Durchführung von Equipment- und Prozessfreigaben (PCRB) nach Vorgabe

• Betreuung bzw. Durchführung von Sondermessungen (z.B. RMA, Fertigungsversuch)

• Erstellung von Unterlagen/ Vorgaben für die Fertigung (Spec, Arbeitsanweisungen, Pflege MES Daten)

• Überwachung der Einsatzbereitschaft von Test-Hardwarekomponenten (Rüstsätze, PCB)

• Durchführung von Einrichter- und Operatortätigkeiten (OP4)

• Betreuung externer Service-Mitarbeiter im Verantwortungsbereich (Prozessabnahme/- freigabe)

• Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessabläufen

• Unterstützung COGS Improvement

• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von fertigungsbegleitenden Dokumenten (z.B. FMEA, Arbeitsanweisungen)

• Durchführung von Operatortraining

Qualifications

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Mechatronik o.ä.);

• Praxiserfahrung in einem Prozessbereich der HL-Fertigung und/oder des Wafer-/ Final-tests von HL-Bauelementen

• Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von Fachwissen im Rahmen vorgegebener Unterweisungspläne

• Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Qualitätsnormen (z.B. IATF 16949)

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit FMEA, Problemlösungstechniken, Freigabe von Equipment und Prozessänderungen (PCRB)

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Prozessspezifikationen im Verantwortungsbereich

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit MES Systemen, der Erfassung und Auswertung prozessrelevanter Daten

• Englisch Grundkenntnisse

• Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
