Job Description

As part of Renesas’s Performance Computing Power Business, you will manage the day-to-day activities required to optimize and grow revenue & margin and drive customer satisfaction associated with assigned product lines.

You will partner with Operations, NPI teams and Marketing organizations to ensure business objectives are met.

Needs to be in Texas (Dallas), Arizona (Tempe), Remote

Travel Required: 10% maybe more or les depending on business needs.

  • Team development

  • Lead and mentor a team of direct staff, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.

  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement within the team.

  • Demand Planning, Revenue, Forecast

  • AOP/MTP/LTP – support business unit in driving bottom-up forecast for Annual Operating Plan, Mid-Term Plan, and Long-Term Plan.

  • Monthly Ops revenue forecast – Present to management with monthly analysis and recommendations of revenue forecasts, actuals, and market/industry trends.

  • Ensured business unit quarterly revenue goals are met through close communication with the Product Line and Sales.

  • Supply and Escalation:

  • Resolved escalations and allocations of product working with customers, sales, manufacturing, and planning.

  • Oversees business unit monthly Wafers Start. Identify supply versus forecast gap, make recommendations on new starts including risks built in collaborative effort with Operations and Product Line.

  • Manage business unit WOI, DOI, E&O to maintain healthy level according to corporate guidance.

  • Pricing:

  • Manage pricing and contracts with sales and customers, maintaining business unit’s margin targets.

  • Samples:

  • Oversees and monitor business units sample status and track progress throughout the production lifecycle, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Analysis:

  • Perform detailed analysis of historical information and competitive factors to guide future decisions and activities.

  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 10yrs to 15+ years in a business role in semiconductor industries.

  • 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • BS in Marketing or Finance does not need to be technical.

  • Proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams to achieve measurable results.

  • Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership, people management, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing complex forecasting through OEM/CM/Disty relationships.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application –Advanced Microsoft Excel.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Strong sense of urgency and of responsibility and deadline driven.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $168K - $185K. This position is also eligible for STI bonus opportunities and commission pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
