Officer - Treasury & Systems
Job Description
Accountable for month end closing activities regarding accounting of AP, AR, Petty Cash and Banking, Cash flow and SST.
Prepare and input accounting transaction into the SAP system.
Match invoices with the payment request to ensure the payments are processed correctly and accordance to the finance policies & procedures for Account Payable.
Assist section head for all cash application and disbursement in a timely manner.
To prepare of buying/selling foreign currencies as when needed.
To reconcile creditor balance on monthly basis and to arrange for confirmation for the yearly financial audit.
To reconcile bank balance on monthly basis and to arrange for confirmation for the yearly financial audit.
To ensure that all the cash payment request & collection are received and processed correctly and accordance to the finance policies & procedures.
Prepare a monthly report for the forex exchange impact as per of the financial reports and analysis.
To prepare, submit and filing the monthly SST report to the Royal Malaysian Custom Department (RMCD).
Prepare a monthly cash flow report to be submitted to the Headquarters.
Qualifications
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or Higher Professional qualification is required.
Skills & knowledge Required
Strong accounting and double entry knowledge.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge in SAP.
Result oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Sales and Service Tax (SST)
Experience
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experiences in related fields such as Account Payable, Account Receivable, SST and Treasury.
