High-speed I/F Evaluation Engineer for Automotive SoC Design
Job Description
Evaluation board and package design, and evaluation for automotive SoC (R-Car series)
Target IPs for development: PCIe, UCIe, UFS, USB, MIPI-CSI2, MIPI-DSI, Displayport, Ethernet, DDR, etc.
Making ground design of DFT and testing strategy
Making ground design of charactorization and evaluation strategy
Making ground design of package and board design
Leading PI/SI testing and evaluation team

Qualifications
Experience of High-speed I/F evaluation (At least three years)
Knowledge of one or more of UCIe, PCIe6/4, Eth, USB, MIPI, DP, DDR/JEDEC
Making evaluation strategy
PI/SI testing

Automotive SoC products are key components for realizing the computerization and high functionality of automobiles, as represented by "CASE". In addition to the need for higher speed and lower power consumption in the basic performance part than before, it is necessary to integrate a wide range of technologies, such as high-speed I/F (DDR, PCIe, UCIe, MIPI, USB, etc.), functional safety, advanced security, and implementation of large-scale circuits in short TATs.
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to lead the design of evaluation boards, package, PI/SI testing and evaluation of the high-speed interfaces that have become an integral part of these SoC products.
