Equipment Engineer
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Overall is to provide engineering support and solution to Production line to ensure smooth operation that meet the Quality, Cost & Delivery (Q,C,D) requirement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and perform OEL improvement activities for in-charge equipment.
Provide support to technician team for any major breakdown related.
Perform investigation and engineering solution for any ABL case or quality issue related to in-charge equipment.
Control spare parts and stocked items inventory to ensure non-interrupt production.
Liaise with machine maker for any equipment issue related to in-charge equipment.
Perform CMA (Correct Maintenance Activity) to continuously improve equipment performance
Implement Horizontal Development (HD) where appropriate
Qualifications
POSITION/JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Material, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related field from recognized Higher Institution.
Skills & knowledge required:
Strong analytical skills and ability to propose innovative solution human & equipment productivity up.
Good knowledge & skill in Computer & software knowledge such as Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
Experience
- At least 1 -2 years experience in related fields preferably in manufacturing semiconductor.
