工作内容：
负责模拟IP的版图设计，包括ADC/DAC/OSC/OCO/VDC等相关模块。
负责版图设计的相关验证，包括DRC/LVS/ANT/ERC/ESD/EM等。
负责BE Library的抽取和验证。
负责版图设计报告书的完成。
职位要求
任职要求：
微电子/电子工程/集成电路等相关专业本科及以上学历，英语CET4以上，版图设计工作经验3年以上。
掌握基本的半导体工艺和模拟电路知识，熟悉模拟版图设计流程，具有丰富的模拟版图设计经验。
熟练使用Virtuoso-XL，Calibre，StarRC等EDA工具。
具备DRC/LVS/ERC/Latch-up/ESD等独立debug能力。
熟悉多工艺设计优先（TSMC，Global Foundary，Samsung：28nm，22nm，FINFET工艺等） 工作积极主动，认真负责。
有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
