Senior Staff Financial Analyst - Sofia, Bulgaria
Job Description
Overcome a shortage of human resource after taking over role and responsibility of budget controlling from Renesas European Office Finance.
Support the General Affairs Planning (GAPL) Director to report the status of budget control to Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA), leadership team (SLT), and related persons.
Create annual and mid-term plans of expense and fixed assets investment for the Human Resource and General Affairs division in Renesas EMEA organization.
Control and support on execution of expense and fixed assets investment budget in Renesas EMEA organization.
Contribute to an improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of expense and fixed assets investment in accordance with new ERP system implementation.
Support the activities of Human Resource and General Affairs widely..
Qualifications
Experience in managerial accounting and budget control in the finance or budget controlling department at the global company for more than 3 years
Ambitious personality and strong sense of responsibility
Skills in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Experience and knowledge of system implementation and maintenance
Business-level proficiency in English is a 'must-have' requirement, while 'native-level' proficiency is preferred.
