Millimeter-Wave (IC) Design - INTERN

Job Description

This is an internship position for 3-6 months. The intern will be working with our millimeter-wave design team on the-state-of-the-art beamformer front ends for Satcom, 5G and RADAR applications. This unique opportunity will provide extensive learning experience on millimeter-wave circuit design, beamformer characterization, millimeter-wave measurement and the system aspect of 5G, RADAR, and satellite communications networks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cadence design tools.

  • Design and tape-out experience in SiGe and/or CMOS process.

  • Solid understanding of EM modeling and millimeter-wave design methodology

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • RF/millimeter-wave IC design experience

  • Experience in EM tools including EMX, HFSS,

  • Millimeter-wave layout experience

  • Hands-on experience on RF/millimeter-wave measurements

Education and/or Experience:

  • Current PhD candidate in RF/millimeter-wave IC design.

Additional Information

The expected hourly pay range for this position is 36.75/Hr. Please note that the final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset/Degree enrolled of the candidate.
