Senior Design Engineer / Staff Design Engineer
Job Description
Design, verification and simulation of Power MOSFET block including Sense MOSFET ＆ Temperature sensor meeting performance, area and power specifications.
Collaborate with Analog block leads to achieve system and design strategy for IPD products.
Take technical leadership for Power FET and driving it from specification to production ramp.
Qualifications
Must：
Typically 5 – 8 years experience as semiconductor designer
Familiar with details of product development: design method, design process, CAD tool, design for test, physical design, system application.
Understanding thermal design of Driver IC
Ability to support and mentor less experienced team members.
Language Skills: English: Can have daily conversation / Japanese: Can understand conversation.
Want：
Experience in development of automotive applications or products
Experience in Smart Power IC or Power MOSFET product line.
