Bilanz/Buchhalter (w/m/d) (Vollzeit/Teilzeit ab 30 h)

Job Description

Diese Stelle unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie, Beschäftigungsgruppe F ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/angestellte-2024-05-01.pdf . ) Das Monatsgehalt wird 14-mal im Jahr ausgezahlt. Wir bieten jedoch je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation ein höheres Gehalt.

Startdatum: ab sofort

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich

• Eigenständige Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen (Gehaltsbuchungen, Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen, Finanzamtsabstimmung – UVA)

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen

• Führung der laufenden Buchhaltung (Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung)

• Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie Bank und Kassa Buchführung.

• Konten- und Saldenabstimmungsarbeiten

• Laufende Weiterentwicklung bzw. Optimierung und Implementierung von Prozessen

• Schnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen und dem Management

• Führung der Lagerbuchhaltung und des Auftragstandes

• Intercompany Verrechnung und Abstimmung

Controlling

• Berechnung der Forschungsprämie

• Unterstützung bei Finanzberichten

Qualifications

Das bringst du mit:

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

• Erfolgreicher Abschluss der Buchhalterprüfung

• Gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert

• Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel

• Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365/SAP von Vorteil

• Zahlenaffine, analytische Persönlichkeit

• Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
